Enter the realm of endless love; even though the days may feel long, time flies by faster than you can imagine. Allow me to capture the details - tiny feet in your palm, tiny hands grasping for your fingertips, and of course, you all together. Embrace these fleeting moments; they won't last forever.
My newborn sessions are photographed in your own home, and before you go frantically clearing every part of your home, please stop! We only need 2-3 different spots to use, this might be a corner in the nursery, on the couch or the master bedroom. Leave the dishes, and don't worry about the washing; we can work around your living space.
To ensure we get all the little moments photographed I usually set aside 2 hours for this session, this will allow for feeds, nappy changes and everything else in between. In most cases, this session will last about 1 hour

Q. When should I get in touch?
It’s never too early to secure your spot! I recommend getting in touch around your 12 or 20-week scan. This allows me to plan ahead and ensure availability. I only take on 3-4 newborn sessions per month to allow flexibility around birth dates. If you’re further along, don’t worry—I’ll always do my best to fit you in!

Q. How do we plan a session date?
I typically pencil you in for two weeks after your due date to give us a window, but I’m completely flexible. Every birth story is unique, and we’ll adjust the session date if needed once your little one arrives. I’ll be here to capture those first precious weeks, no matter the timeline.

Newborns are unpredictable, and that’s completely okay! I schedule up to two hours for each session to ensure there’s plenty of time for feeding, diaper changes, and comforting. Most sessions last about one hour, but we’ll take it at a pace that suits you and your baby—no rush, no stress.
